We have established processes in place to ensure high quality of service. Our systematic and timetestd work flow process allow us to minimize errors. We continuously evolve the processes to keep track of any change in specification.

• To work on files of different data formats like Gerber, RS-274-X (imbedded apertures), DXF, PDF, HPGL, AUTOCAD, ASCII or EIA NC drill files.
  
• Modifications performed with customer approval.
• Artwork generation from bare boards or blueprints.
• Quality Control in processed job.
• Calculation of minimum scrap area in penalization with step and repeat of parts using Kwickfit software.
• Perform Pre-manufacturing Design Rule Checks on every part with merging and editing - Single Sided, Double Sided and Multilayer designs (up to 20 layers); Gold finger jobs; Cap construction jobs and Etch platting jobs; Via plate and Blind via jobs.
• Penalization : Step and Repeat of individual layers, add tooling holes, add venting, add pattern on inner layers etc.
• Generate Drilling, Routing and score programs from blue print.
